Thanks all for inputs.....
Just got off the phone with Owner (he said). Told him I would be giving someone else a chance to fix, I have no trust in his shop. Explained he should put ear to ground and ensure things ok in shop.

Additionally, I explained I'm retired, plenty of time, will stop in and look him in the eye to ensure I talked to owner. This may be only one of many incidents of incompetence, (replacing two covers and seals, WTF.)

It could be that management is happy getting paid for warranty work? Who knows?

I at least, gave him one "heads up". The right thing to do...
Tomorrow I will give another Dealer a chance to fix.
Also, called Chrysler and have Reference # for problem. I hope it's my last call to them....
