Should oil leak be tolerated?

Hello All:
Here is my STORY.
2008 Ram3500 Larime 6.7L Cummngs engine and persistant oil leak. Vehicle has had two oil changes in last 12.7K miles:

1) Oil change early at 3500K miles (before long 7k mile trip) and after, noticed oil leaking. Back to Dealer and they changed CRANKSHAFT cover and seal immediately to allow trip to begin.
2) At end of trip at 11K. Another leak noticed at 12.7K.
Back to dealer and shop foreman determined TIMING Box cover and seal needed changing.

After getting vehicle home and sitting overnight, another oil leak, and in differant spot.
This leak in center of truck, just under Flywheel, and oil pan covered with oil. The other times the leak was in two spots, 4 or 5 inchs back from this leak, and on either side, and much smaller.

Questions:
1) Should I have expectations of "No Oil LEAKING"?
Note:
I have requested to talk to Service manager and Owner of Dealership to express my intent to NEVER go back and I will have Warrenty work done somewhere else (if I need any).
Just will not be able to trust workmenship again.

2) Is this a smart move?
