So much bunk that I'm glad I've got my boots on. My own experience has shown that with good filtering WMO is not harmful to my motor as 40,000 miles has proved to me. My IP on my ferd was way past due replacement before I started WMO & went over 35k on 50-90% WMO & was still getting 18-19 mpg when I replaced it along with the nozzels.
If you don't wish to run WMO that is your truck your choice, as its others choice to run it.
