Well the trans fluid is changed and the bands are adjusted, they were were in serious need of attention. Fortunately the DTT torque converter has a drain plug. Now the truck drives like a "happy truck" again. That you Chaz!!
I still can't hold much more than 8 psi of boost without the rear tires spinning through the brakes. I am going to bypass the line lock which is currently plumbed in reverse to block fluid to the rear wheels. If that does not help I will check out the proportioning valve, most likely replacing it with a manual version.
I am reasonably confident that my wire tap/ABS by-pass is working correctly.
Next I will clean and/or replace the MAP and AIT sensors to see if that helps me build boost faster.
I might make it back to Lapeer or Milan before the snow flies....
