I don't know about now, but last year Mario at duallywheels4u had the best prices on the 22.5s and looks to still do. Trust me, I called everybody. Do some searching. $1 is a $1. I will say my wheels and tires were shipped to me on an airplane right here near my house from them. They were packaged very, very, good. Everything was perfect.
