Loud as in i have to talk over the whining to my passengers.. i got about 13,000k on the filters.. Any input would be awesome! thanks Dan, sorry again for the repetition

WELL i would pull the suciton line off and place in a bucket of fuel along with the FASS return line. See if the pump is any quieter. Restriction can cause the pump to just scream if it cant get fuel. If you are ever at a show we are at, come by and have them show you with our test stand. We have a valve on the suction side of the pump to induce air into the system.
That is where i would start.

JWAM with fuel pressure...so you must have an ISB then....ok.....we might have an issue with your factory pickup or connection at the top of the tank. I have seen cracks form in the plastic tubes inside the sending unit before that only show up under low fuel situations due to being exposed. ALSO...you might double check your Juice sending unit...we have been seeing a TON of these go south...(
WELL more Quad....but pretty much any sending unit that is near a VP will do it...i would look into this.....)

UM......if you get the correct pump....i would suggest our high torque motor with the smallest gear. (Our 120 GPH pump) I would make sure you treat the oil like WVO or SVO by heating it......AND no prefilters tighter than 140um on the suction side of our pump.
There is a few guys doing this that seem to have good results.....
