There was/is an Alaska TDR chapter, but nobody has gotton together in a couple years.
People are usually busy enjoying the short summer up here, camping, fishing, wheeling, etc. I know I would rather be our doing something like that then BSing about trucks, and I like to BS about trucks. But we only get so many nice days up here we have to get out and enjoy them.
On the flip side the winters are windy and cold and you have to have somewhere indoors to have a meeting/club to BS and work on your rigs.
I wish we could get some sort of diesel club going up here, there are plenty of 4x4 clubs in the area. Would be nice cause I see a bunch of rigs around that look nice and would like to BS with people about their trucks.
