Ouch. Your butt hurt after that one? I have the guys at my local oil change place do mine. If i bring them the filter they do it for free since, while under the truck, it literally takes all of 5 minutes to do. If I don't bring one in, they charge me the $12 for the filter. I would find a new dealer.
