If history has taught us anything, it's that government programs are inefficient - look at the War on Drugs for the last 25 years, the flow of illegal immigrants across the border (despite their being active border patrol agents), welfare, heck, they even screw up Stimulus Package checks.
So God bless the EPA and their War on DPF Deletes . . . for it will prove just as inefficient, unproductive and worthless as have 95% of all government plans and enforcements.
