you wanna blame me? the service advisor? who didn't tell you buy this truck, and who is doing everything in his power to help you including setting up loaner vehicles, maintaining contact, and putting up with sometimes less than pleasant techs and still smiling at you when you roll through my bay? @*#$ you. thats what i gotta say buddy lol
yea i understand your pissed.. but are you paying for these repairs? band aids or not? nope.
i won't sit here and say that every chrysler dealer is honest.. but i know we are... if something is broke.. we fix it. we do everything in our power to make the customer happy. however i have another dealer in town here that will "do" warranty work, and claim it through chrysler to make a buck.
the system isnt perfect.. but we.. the public face.. are doing everything in our power, using every tool chrysler has given us to date.. to fix the issue. until they give us a tried and true REPAIR... you ain't gettin one. take it up with chrysler... not your service advisor. i dont care if you make chrysler buy your truck back... and i don't care if you never buy dodge again... i can make my living... and a damn good living... on minivans alone.
