The leak was in the top of the Lift pump, apparently I didn't get enough pipe seal in it last year when I did the install...
I've piped around the fuel heater just to get rid of it, and the Lift pump is new from last year....
I also got rid of the rotten line (braided) between the filter and the frame rail...
Teflon tape works wonders!
Next will attack the tank!
