From what I have seen, the guy in the you tube vid just hooks up the electrodes to a battery.
I haven't seen a resistor or capacitor that reduces the amperage or anything like that.
The pic that I saw in the plans didn't show much and they did not talk about any additives in either the you tube vid or the plans that I saw.
I would guess that you have to buy the plans to get the full scoop.
If anybody else has tried it, please let me know.
I am thinking of getting a system and putting it on my kid's chevy truck.
Although it isn't a dodge, it is a good guinea pig truck to test out the thing on.
