What side of town are you on? Look up "Auto Image" in the yellow pages. The have a few locations around the metro area. They are a body shop and sub the work out to independents but have a very high standard of quality. I painted for them for 10 years in a previous life and they always had top notch PDR guys. I can tell you that it will save you big if you wait for the second or third battle scar before you get it fixed, they normally charge higher for the first ding just to set up then way less for additional dings.
By the way the old dry ice/heat it up cool it off trick rarely does anything at all. If it does its very hard to control. The correct way to shrink metal permanetly is to heat it up with a gas torch, hot enough it will require painting. I was in the body and paint field for 15 years and saw the PDR guys work magic. It is worth every penny.
