I'd rather pay someone I know - even a little -- than someone I don't. And I'd rather pay someone like Charles and let him put it in his pocket instead of paying a shop that will pass on 20 - 30 % of what I'm being charged...
A good mechanic is what keeps most shops in business and very few shops realize it's their help making them money...

OK - I'll get off my soapbox.

Charles - if you've got some time PM me - I figure this is a day project for someone who know what they're doing. But I'd have to take a week myself and still get it wrong.
