I dunno, the whole downstream/retail fuel industry seems a bit shady. This wasn't discussed on this forum, but about 3 weeks ago in Canada several companies and one individual were charged (and pleaded guilty) to fuel price fixing. The Competition Bureau is watching all over Canada, apparently, just waiting to get enough evidence like they finally did in Quebec.
