The gas & oil industry pays the best but is also up and down. We run an in town P&D for the oilfield and we run hotshot to the sites and rigs. How we operate up here is much different than what you would haul down that way. It can be very stressful when the field isn't booming so to speak. It is a lot of long hard hours on the road 24/7. However, you can see some nice country at the same time.
