You may have a fuel pressure problem. Don't know from the reported symptoms. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? It also could be an AFC problem. Check to make sure that the hose to the back of the AFC is good and has no leaks. Is your truck a five speed or an automatic? Read this: Joe G's fuel system writeup
