Heres how you get the little happy people or Hippie in this case. Go to what ever Forum you like. Find the little dude or hippie that you want to appear on your post or SIG. Right Click it, go to properties and copy the whole address "http://priuschat.com/forums/images/smilies/hippie .gif" that is located by the LOCATION. Now you want to paste that into the "Insert Image" link
