Mine takes a while at WOT as well not so much 3rd to 4th as 4th to lock up. It acts pretty much the same as befor the shif kit I think it is just the way these tranies are ...... 4th and lockup are controlled by the comp on the RE the first 3 gears are Hyd controlled. must have to to with the comp.
