Also cowboy, lemme know how your thermostat does with out the cooler and the line still hooked up. Mine seems like it cycles more with it plugged.

good job comp,,,,,i'm gettin my kit once k2's got the kits ready to go so keep us posted how you like it and if it's doing anything for ya what do you do with the servo motor????with the plug

I just zip tied the servo up on the firewall for now. I hope a delete for it is coming soon. Havent been updated recently about it.

Nice instructions as always comp. Were you having any problems with the cooler or just decided you wanted it off? Im not sure if im going to do i yet or not. I need to hear benefits in order to persuade me

I am clearing things out to possibly build a set of twins. The truck doesnt seem to run any different but i have only about 10 miles on it since. Should have better info tomorrow.

i'm new to this whole deal but couldn't you just take a aftermarket 5.9 exhaust manifold and put it on a 6.7 and just re route the cooler hoses. wouldn't that be better than putting the plates on the stock manifold???. plus how is the egr cooler delete working out. how does the truck run. Lower EGTS? noise? EB? power?????
