i just want to say thanks to compcowboy as i just finished my delete today took me about a day and half with one person. and man what a pain in the A$$ the down pipe is to take out even lowering the tranny cross member. but i used your pics and instructions for the delete up top and wanted to say thanks. i know blew black smoke and love it

Usually its on the part that runs across the top of the radiator where the hood latch is.

2008 2500HD SLT Quad Cab Short Bed 4X4 Auto 6sp. with a 6.7 CUMMINS w/5" exhaust tip, LED light bar w/Reverse, painted to match rain guards. No engine mods yet but looking for some suggestions for stuff that won't rewen my new truck!!

Best MPGs i have seen was 22. I currently average about 17. Maybe slightly less towing but not much. I drive with a heavy foot too.

averaging 17 with mods is more than acceptable
