Probably the next roller day that comes along that will pick up RPM on the 6.7L.

Nice job!
you would think that the mfr would have those washers replaced with a single machined .0090 piece and just get the part from the dealer and ship them to the customers already modified
i bet that piece would not cost very much and it would save the installer time
I would rather pay a bit more money for something that would be a cleaner install but that is just me..

I've been told that the valve is $300+ from Cummins and more from the dealer.

Without a pressure box (MP8 / Powerpuck) I believe the electronics will back down at ~23k on the rail so shimming doesn't gain anything.

If you're not going to put a pressure box on I wouldn't bother with the shimming process.

Ok that explains why they have you do it the way they do. from the pictures I was thinking 20.00 tops

So, what's the theory behind a pressure box?

When installing the harness for the fuel pressure sensor has anyone had as much problems putting it on as getting it off? I'm beginning to think it doesn't fit.

I heard a few stories about the RP plug not fitting on the sensor, thus far they all wound up with saying that TS doesn't see it as an issue. I suspect that there might be a harness with plug assembly that is very very close to the Dodge plug that is shipping with some of these kits, it seems that TS offers the MP8 for just about every type of diesel out there including some agricultural equipment.

Mine fit perfectly but it was connecting to a Pricol RP gauge plug and not the RP sensor.
