The Star Printout identified idle time as zero vehicle speed and the throttle position at rest. I'm mad, but I don't see a whole lot of options......the service manager just looks and me and openly says he does't have a clue as to solving my problems. He says he's tired of hearing from guys like me who are having to deal with Dodge releasing this bluetech system before it was proven. Does anybody from Dodge read this foum?

Boy I'm not the only one with the 02 sensor problem. Just wait when the put the new one in and it still doesen't work then they will come back and tell you it's the module that they have to replace. I can't belive everyone had a tech or serviece manager talk to them about driving habits. No one at my damn dealer has said anything to me. Though I don't think they know how to fix my truck so they don't say anything.

i have been told by my service manager in Cincinnnati, Oh that i wasn't driving mine hard enough either. it doesn,t seem to matter how hard I drive it or how much I use the eb. they cleaned the O2 sensors the first time I took it in for the CEL and replaced them and installed the cleaning port in the turbo the last time. One solution for the turbo issue is supposively to use the eb more. the other is to install the cleaning port. if neither of these work the will replace the turbo. CEL light came on 1,000 miles after the turbo cleaning was performed and the port was installed. It is back in the shop now. Hope to hear something tomorrow on what is wrong with it now. If it's the same problem with the turbo they will be replacing it. This is what the service manager told me when they installed the cleaning port. Oh yeah and the truck i bought was his demo.

when you have a CEL come on say for instance the o2 sensor being dirty, the light wont just go off once you clean the sensors and then restart, it will take a few ignition cycles for it to go off. The computer will keep a check and make sure the problem does not persist, and when it is determined by the computer that the problem is not re-occuring then the cel will turn off. That is unless you take it to the dealer and have it flashed. Then it will go off instantly.
