I asked them about some sort of "normally on" option, and they said there is no way right now. I would think it would be an easy software fix. Wonder if DC will come out with an update for it?

I am getting some information from you. Just had dodge spend 23,000 of their own $$$ repairing my buddies new truck. turbo is insufficient and several other issues. I have several 3rd gens and would not even consider a 6.7 for at least 3 years. Heck, will probably be buying as many 04-06 as possible over the next year.

the old saying...
It has been said you never buy a first year product... from everything I am hearing sounds like the new 6.7 is really a new powerchoke.... ![]() Good thing is you can still find lots of great 04 - 06 out there that have been traded in with under 100K on them for pennies on the dollar. |

HI guys, bought o7 mega 6.7 6speed auto ----i was wondering what others are getting for fuel mileage. I have about 6000 miles 37" rubber and getting 10 mpg on the highway and pulling my 12000lb trailer 8mpg. I was expecting 20 highway and 15 pulling. the truck is great runs fine and has good power ----passes everything but the gas station.

My 6.7 is a whole six months with 9000km (5500miles). I came home during a snowstorm and went back out to start it, and it ran ruff, no throttle response, then stalled. Had it towed to the dealership where the blamed it on my remote start, but for good measures they flashed the computer and it's been 1000km (650 miles) with no problem. Hopefully this doesn't happen when I am in the bush at -20 or -30 degress celcius.
