diesel fuel in engine oil

we have a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins diesel. We have been getting diesel fuel in the engine sump, 3-4 quarts every few months. we have checked for leaks in the injectors by using flourescent tracer die in the fuel, heavy load road test, remove valve covers and check with black-light but we are not getting any signs of tracer die. how can we doagnose where this fuel leak is coming from? there are no obvious wet fuel indications

check injectors may have to get them flow tested, what about the return line? how much pressure? headgasket? it could be just the smallest issue, how is the truck running? hard start, rough idle? need a few more details.. you may have an injector sticking open after shutdown, this can overload a cylinder and melt it down, keep your eyes peeled open...

diesel fuel in engine oil

have not checked return line pressure, truck is starting, running & performing perfect, no complaints from owner, has Predator/Dr Performance power module installed, not sure what model, truck is used fairly regularly to line-tow vehicles in crash barrier tests as part of their businees operation, so under short severe loads

If you have your EGR and DPF are intact, it's likely coming from the regen cycle when the DPF is burning off. Intact 6.7's like to grow oil...SC

I am not going to say I am positive but I have read around hear of other people having the same problem and this is "supposedly" the result of the fourth injection cycle that takes place during regen.
