6.7L drive shaft?

Do the 6.7L long wheel base trucks (mega cab & QC long beds) come stock with a single or two-piece drive shaft?

I could be mistaken but I believe the 4wd's have a one piece shaft and the 2wd's have a two piece.

May have something to do with rear axle used. There are a few different ones from what I understand.
