Snaped bolt on rear diff cover

Any you guy have a problem with this. Was swicthing the oil out to synthetic, when replacing the bolts one of the heads snapped off....torqued to spec. 30ft lbs according to doge service manual. Any one know the size of the correct replacement?

Just take the one directly across from it into oriellys and thell find ya one.
