smart sw3, will the trans live?

Well, basically i finally decided to order my smarty/dpf/egr kit from RSD. I was going to order it once before, but backed out of it due to fear of grenades...

My question is...

they say you loose roughly 40hp when you unplug the egr.. does doing the delete with the smarty keep you from loosing this? If so, is my trans going to hate me after a year or two of running sw3?

I don't drive it like i stole it, no boost launches, no drags, no mud. It's a weekend hauler / DD, with cargo weight of 6-13k.

I'm really sketchy about this at the moment, i would much rather dump 3-6k into my buggy vs a new trans for the truck. Stock power is more then enough for me, i'm after the gas mileage that everyone is saying sw3 gives. I'm having no issues with regens as my daily drive is 30 miles of highway and i've only caught it in a regen 2-3 times, never had it clog...

anyone had 100k+ miles of DD with Sw3 without issues?

ive only got 50k on my pickup, put the edge on with 18 miles. i did exheaust and blocked the egr and did the smarty about eight thousand miles ago, and love it. i towed 14k od landscape blocks, not including trailer last night, on sw3, tows fine. i have towed on sw7 with no problems. i have raced quite a few times with some pretty hard launches and have never had a problem with the tranny. you will be fine with your pickup, if youre worried just leave it on sw3. you are gonna love youre rig with the deletes.
