So PDI has H&S kits that are totally code free? Do I have to call them to say i want the code free or what the deal.

I dont think H&S has the code free yet.

BADP is very close and they are taking preorders.

I just got mine in the mail and Brad told me that it wasn't true, they were not completely code free, it would still throw a soft code but the edge would take care of that!

If the new "code free" box plugs in some where and dosent require the use of the sensors in the DPF. The fooler box must be suppling the required info the sensors normally would. Could you operate without the EDGE then? No codes means no codes to clear.

This is good news! Having a box to fool the sensors directly seems like the way to go. I'll give it a few more months but this is definately in my future. :-)

I talked to Dr. performance earlier this week, and they said that they will be releasing their DPF delete kit should be out soon. It will be offered in a couple different arrangements and there will be a code free kit. They suggested to me to only get the 4" kit, it has had the best results.

the 4 inch will be louder then the 5"

higher exhaust note and raspier sound..the 5" is deeper, no louder, and cooler egts
