Stock muffler delete?

I have a 2009 Ram 2500 with the 6.7l and I want to delete my stock muffler. Question 1. Will it sound any louder? Question 2. Will my truck throw any codes or will everything be fine?

T pipe meaning?? Like the stock tip? So the xhaust dumps under the truck in front of the rear axle? I guess it could sound different from resonating under the truck. I have DPF back dual exhast, no muffler. (From when I was young and oblivious) And I noticed NO difference in sound. I really like how it looks though!
