Who is all making them, and what sizes. Anybody running one of them that has any input?

Fleece makes an 66mm and Industrial Injection makes a 64mm. Im going to go with the 66mm from Fleece. Fleece told me that I would see a 250 drop in EGT's and make about 45 psi boost. I would have a drive pressure issue anymore. The exhaust brake will work better also. They also said it spools just as fast as stock. II told me the same but they where only seeing 150 drop in EGT's.
