Question Best spray-in bedliner? Rhino or Linex?

Does anybody have any experience with spray-in bedliners? I am deciding between Rhino and Linex. Thanks for any info.

If u go Rhino lining, its more expensive and u are paying for the name. Dad payed $800 for his 6 ft bed of his 2005 Chevy Colorado 2 years ago!! LineX is cheaper from what I have heard. Guy i knew got his 8 ft bed and rockers done for about $1100. LineX holds up longer from what Ive heard

I've had Linex on my last 3 trucks. I couldn't be happier.

Sounds expensive, Long bed in my area is $520.00 sprayed over the rail and cheaper if you stay inside the bed.

I have Rhino on my '01 Hotshot truck and Line-X on my new '08. I noticed immediately upon picking up the '08 that the Line-X looks to be MUCH higher quality. I think mostly it depends on who installs it though. The big difference between the two is that Line-X is high temp/high pressure sprayed while Rhino Lining is a low temp/low pressure spray. high temp/high pressure sprays adhere better to the metal and create a more lasting bond. that means longer life, tougher liner.

I've had 3 trucks Rhino lined and think I might try Line X with this new truck. I did really like the Rhino and offers a softer and grippy feel when not wet. Both companies are providing color match options. I personally think both are great products, but after falling on my a$$ shoveling snow out of my bed with the Rhino I thinking the Line X might offer better wet traction.

Do a Line-X spray in, I just got mine installed last week in the new rig and im VERY Impressed. Its more than I had expected, with the over the rail and tail gate coverings you can't go wrong. Its not a rubber you would think of, its more of a very hard plastic.
No more drop-ins for me, I will put Line-X in all my trucks from now on thats how much I trust it. I Herd other people who swear by it and work them hard and they are as durable as steel.

LINE-X for sure :thumbsup

Linex is high pressure polyurea and Rhino is low pressure urethane mixture.
The high pressure is a exothermic reaction material meaning it will get hot when mixed and dry fast where the low pressure will take longer to dry.
The major difference is the durability of the high pressure the low pressure when hit with something will cut and take chuncks out of it I wished I could sell bedliners for that price in Tx They usually go for about $375 over the rail and @325 under the rail.

Line-X, couldnt be anymore impressed with it, and the comment about it having more grip wet is defenetly true.

Mine was $450.00, I thought it was kind of high. I got the the lower end spray type.

Nothing slide when it when it was wet, nice tuff and durable.

For that kind of pricing, I may just have to drive to Houston and have you guys spray the Line-X on my bumpers and rockers. I paid ~$518 after taxes for OTR on my short bed at Line-X of San Antonio a couple of months ago...
