Subwoofer box behind Megacab seats???

there is plenty of room behind the seats of your megacab for the 12W6's, i put two 12L7's behind my megacabs rear seat and still had plenty of room to build an amp rack into the box, i framed it up and shaped it with felt an covered it in fiber glass, here are som pics, i am still waiting on the leather that matches my interior so i can cover the box.

At my shop we put a 12" Polk SR in the back of a guy's mega cab in a ported box. It knocks the wipers off the windshield when it hits, it's pretty sweet!

I'll probably just go with something like this. That's a shallow mount Kicker CompVT 12. I don't really care about shaking the neighborhood. Any idea how to remove the plastic hooks and harness attachment covers off the back wall?

just pull the hooks toward you a little then slide a flat head screwdriver behind the hook and press stright down on the plastic tab and pull out on the hook it should pop open, then use a #25 torx head to take out the screw

I built this last weekend, fits perfect where storage box was. Only sticks up 4 inches higher than storage box. The cover that are are the rear seat do fit, I just hadn't re-installed them. Houses 2 kicker solobaric L5's and a 5 channel Infinity amp. Still have some finishing touches. I'll post more pics when done.
