as sad as it is my autometers don't do it??? I wonder a little bit about both of your installs, did you run that little capillary tube they come with or did you run something else? What range are the gauges? Does it tick once like the needle is sticking or is it a constant thing?

used the tubbing and fittings they sent with the gauge. theres no fluctuation on the needle when it does it. once i hit over 10 lbs of boost it ticks. if im getting on it hard it ticks.and no the needle does not stick.

It's caused by the pulsing from the variable turbo. After a while I got to like it - like music, Ha Ha. I believe that there is a damper that can be installed in the line. Mine does this clicking or rattle from 10 to 30 psi.
