For cloth seats, use a bottle sprayer like a Windex bottle (Not Windex, just the spray bottle.) with plain water. A dry wash cloth with a little rubbing should clean up most stuff.

If you have stains, a little shout or some other stain remover for laundry does OK. Don't put heavy soap right on the seat, mix some water with it and apply it to the rag first. Keep spraying with plain water to rinse any soap out once the stain is gone. For chunks of grease that may get on the seats while working on it or something, a little GOJO on a toothbrush will amaze you. Use the tooth brush gently so as not to fray the cloth. (Works great on clothes too.)

Once they are clean, be sure to scotch guard them. Spray them when you have time to let the truck sit with the windows down for a day or two.

For leather seats, use plain water to dampen a rag and wipe'm down. For heavier cleaning, use saddle soap and follow with leather conditioner. The leather products only need to be used on the seating surfaces, the outer panels are vinyl. GOJO will still do a great job of removing oil & grease, just don't use the tooth brush, use a soft cloth.

it depends what you are trying to get out, but I've had great luck with John Deere all purpose cleaner. Yeah as random as it sounds John Deere makes their own spray cleaner that we used to clean interiors of construction equipment where I used to work. Spray some of that stuff on there and work it in with a tooth brush or other plastic bristle brush and you'll be in good shape. Takes care of most grease dirt and food stains.

I have pretty good results with a product called Krud Kutter that you can get from Home Depot. It even got the stains out of my wifes old Liberty with the factory stain-o-matic seats.
