The Trail Grapplers are not noise at all. The only time I notice the difference is when I come to a stop, then you can feel the lugs a bit, other than that they compare more with the terras then the mud grapplers.

I'm currently running 38 x 15.50 x 20 Nitto Mud Grapplers on 20 x 10 Helo Maxx8 wheels with a 4.5" back-spacing. And they fit just fine with a 6" lift. There is only scrubbing when I am turned all the way and hit a sharp bump.

Firestone Destination M/T "E"

Firestone recently came out with there Destination M/T in a 315/70R17 (34.7" x 12.7") in a load range E. I had these on an old truck and really liked them, great traction and wore like iron for an M/T. When I wear out my stockers this is what I plan on putting on.

I will get some pics guys....I can't seem to find them on my computer right now, not sure why?

Worse case scenario I'm gonna take some tomorrow during the day and post them up.

My avitar is a picture of 6" with 38's on there.

Talk to Skyd Ram....He took my sig and blew it up and posted it on here under "Alabama Mud Machine's truck".

Do a search for it and you might can find it. I believe it was in the General section...but can't remember.

i have Interco Vortrac's 35x12.50x17 E rated, theyre a great A/T tire, very quiet on the road....difficult to balance though. Nitto just came out with a new M/T A/T cross thats supposed to be real quiet on the road and pretty aggressive, they come in a 35x12.50x17 E rated!

Have any of you guys heard of putting beeds in your tires to balance them? I know some big rigs do it and heard of guys with big rig kits on their pick ups do it. Don't need any weights and they stay balanced forever. Supposed to help the tire last longer too. Something like 10 oz's per tire. I guess it's a kit you can buy for like $10. Anybody?
