Primed Grey

Painted Gloss Black

Sealed Up

Test Fit, Not Bolted Up

Previous Custom Work. Chrome Turn Signal, Rings & Amber Reflector

Looks good! Don't think it would work for my truck (Khaki) but on a darker truck for sure!

Since I posted my pics of my painted lights evenone has been doing it but I got the idea from another guy at a g2g. Looks good though

Actually, I like the last two photos better. The chrome reflectors/bezels look much nicer with the black, then an all blacked out light surround.

Looks nice but i dont think it would work for my truck being red...

instead of black in there, paint it red in the headlight along with your tow mirrors

I saw a picture of a guy painting his red looks awesome, will have to see if I can find it.

*Did you have trouble getting the lense apart and resealing it?

a few things to add....its been done for quite sometime....sure im not the first but i was simply showing what i can do, and if anyone is interested....i do these for people....this is my 8th set so ya....its been done for awhile...for red trucks, black headlights look sick...and it doesnt have to be black...i can do any color, and different designs...what i was showing with the 2 different styles shown....
