Tips on Body lifts. 40 Toyo,s wont fit

Thought I measured correctly.
5 in lift on my 3500 Megacab dually
Eagle Alloys 22 with Toyo 40x15.5

Guess I will have to do a body lift next ?
Do's Donts please.

Already made 1 mistake.
Thinking Body lift is the best way out at this point.
Also what is the best paintable front fender flares ?

The huge wheels and tires fill up the Dually flares.
Looks really good & a little bit different.

Already planned on paint matching front flares,
Now need advise on doing a body lift ? or upping the suspension lift.

I actually like it. Looks like it all fits, just not enough back spacing in the front though

Wow. Looks to me like it barely fits, with the front wheels straight. 40" tires are way huge. Yikes! I don't know if a 12" lift would have been enough!

have you already done a leveling kit to get the front up a little more?

bad thing about a Body Lift IMO, your drop hitch is going to be 3" Lower in the rear, and you will lose the factory Tow Hooks in the front

Last i checked leveling kits are cheaper then body lift's, plus if your going to be paying someone to do either one im sure the labor will be a bit cheaper putting on the leveling kit Vs. a body lift

Example
Leveling Kit- Dodge Ram 1500 2500 3500 2" Leveling Kit 1994-2008 2WD:eBay Motors (item 370246105555 end time Oct-15-09 05:00:00 PDT)

3" Body Lift- 07-09 Dodge Ram 2500 3500 Cummins Diesel 3" Body Lift :eBay Motors (item 300299742266 end time Oct-07-09 08:06:56 PDT)

I personally would not go with a body lift. Body lifts are hideous. After spending all the money you did on that beautiful truck with those wheels and tires you are going to go and make your truck look like poo?
