Variable EGT sims?

Has anyone thought about making sims for the EGT that can change their values a little on their own so the computer does not see a "constant" reading and give a code?

I have thought about trying to build that. I wanted to build something similar to variable O2 simulator.

I decided not to based on the K.I.S.S. principle.

I agree with Rhyno, the static value ones work great and don't give codes so I don't know a reason you'd want to go with something else.
