Its only the plastic casing that doesnt want to fit, all the grooves are off. Maybe sand it down?

I had this email from Quadzilla Sebastian<---- ME I have had a few customers install the boost fooler on these trucks (CC 4500 5500) with no issues so everything should work just fine. Jeremy McCann Tech Manager 888-842-6572 817-306-2444 817-306-3872 Fax You may call them or something

Hm, well they were closed today. Honestly the only place it fits is on the sensor on top of the air filter box, even turns green when i connected it there lol.

I hear the BD intercoolers are awesome! Wish i could get one but only thing holding me back is the haha. But anyways back on topic... yea i installed it on top of the air box, and oddly enough it feels like its working, not much noticeable, but when you shove that pedal down... i can feel the extra boost and man she jumps. If only i had gauges to really find out. Im going to call quad tomorrow if i have the time, gotta haul some hay. Ill let you know what goes down

You can find in Reg pickups, you wont find nothing to REALLY know what is your actual BOOST.... because what you use is a FOOLER not a bigger turbo... so you computer believe/see/read 30psi peak when you really have 40psi.... so keep looking for more presure when you are at 20 guage 30 in the turbo....But you may see a dif in the EGT and Intake, ofcourse in the power as you said.

I purchased a Quadzilla Boost Fooler and K2 told me that the map sensor is on the intake grid heater near the firewall. The connections fit perfect, its just hard to see and get to.
