Is This A Good Deal?

Hey guys,

I have been pricing a new 2008 SLT Mega Cab 4x4 CTD with a msrp of 50,115, and the dealer's final offer id 36,115 plus tag and tax. I am still weary of the 6.7 and have found a 2007 5.9 that I really like. The 2007 has several upgrades including 20x9.5 procomps with tera grapplers, leveling kit, navigation, rear entertainment, bed lines, hard bed cover, and exhaust. Asking price on the 2007 is 32,000, but I was thinking of making an offer of 28,000.

what do you guys think? Which is better buy?

What kind of miles are on the 5.9? 2500 or 3500? Laramie or slt? 4x4 or 2wd? Quad, extend, or reg cab? Some more info please.

I like the old 5.9, but love my new 6.7. I just picked up my 2008 slt big horn edition quad cab,4x4,ctd for 33k out the door. This thing only had 22 miles on it when i got it and the asking dealer price was 51k originally.

Ok I would def. go with the 5.9 and I think you are pretty close with your number maybe even say 27. Right now is a bad time for truck sales so use it to your advantage. If they want to make a sale they will work with you. Good luck to you.:thumbsup
