edge engine temp

Anyone with the edge, what are you guys seeing for engine temps ?? Does anyone know what part of the engine this temp is coming from?

Engine temp. You mean coolant temp? IT's taken directly from the ECM. This value should not be any different with or without the Edge.

Just that my water temp guage in the truck is showing around 90 degrees and my edge is around 195 degrees..

The 195 is right on. Sounds like your dash gauge isn't working properly.

The gauges are probably in metric so it is most likely correct.

Good call!! I've never seen a Canadian truck so that might be the problem!!

Then his speedo would be metric also, right? Shouldn't his whole instrument cluster be metric? I'm suprized he didn't figure this one out on his own?!!! Not knockin' him, cause we've all had brain farts!!
