I knew i should have skipped the download process...

Now this damn thing won't do anything but keep getting stuck on 0% or 99% of the recovery part....

Your reseller should have given you 1014

There's a way to get the PMT to reset to default, but I don't want you to hose your ECM. So I'd suggest calling their tech support and seeing what they recommend. They may be open tomorrow...

I'll call them tomorrow if there open, i hope so because right now there is no action as if there is a comp in my truck at all right now...it's like the pmt absorbed it and won't put it back...

Even the display for the trans is blank now

I had a friend whose truck wouldn't start. When he tried the key nothing at all happened. It was in his shifter if he pulled it to drive and back a couple of times it would then start. He took it to the dealer and they changed out a sensor in the tranny. It may be worth a try.

When you talk to Bully Dog Besure you talk to Buddy Kunz. He is about the only guy that can help you. There has been a hand full of us that have had that problem. I was without my truck for 8 days. I understand your pain,

There is not much that you can do with out there help. They have the key for the recovery code. Which you will need.

Buddy's Ext is 1830. but good luck getting ahold of them.
