22K and the only time I had the cat full message was 5 minutes after I installed the beta test for the PowerPup when it was in the testing stages last year. Took the BullyDog back off and never had the message again.

i have 50,000 km on my truck and had no issues with cat? only in the beginning cause the dealer never told me that i cant idle my truck in the winter,i found that bs if ya no what i mean,ive had the o2sencors replaced and problems with my a/c and now a egr sencor needs to be replaced but other then that i love my truck once we work out the bugs for cummins im sure this truck will be top notch

I've had the message three times in the past year. Each time that they have come up, I've run in 4th gear (auto) at about 35 mph (1450 rppm) for 15 miles on county roads and it drops from 80% to 70% to blank. Probably not a full regen, but with no message telling you that the regen is complete when would you stop aimlessly driving around...
