haha wow i just took like an hour of my time to read this entire thread. Someone start a post on their forum fussing about how diesel trucks always smoke them (us) out and see what kind of stories you get. Since we have got off the story subject I'll throw one in. A few months ago I ran up on some kid (16 or so) in a new F250 at a red light. he had stock exhaust and everything so I figured he didn't want any. Apparently he knew nothing of diesels and was just proud daddy bought him a nice truck that he thought was fast. So him and the girl with him start looking all excited, they have the windows down, mine are tinted dart and rolled up. So I let him rev up a few times then when the light changes he gets a cab full of smoke while I leave him in the dust. Then he decides to ride my tail which was an even bigger mistake. This ended with him shooting me a bird out of his sunroof. I was laughing so hard at the kid I couldn't even give a reaction to that.

Didn't look too close here, but there was a study done a while back that proved that a Hummer can drive 100,000 miles before it uses up as much carbon credits as a Prius has used just to manufacture it.

I understand the people running the test didn't want to reveal the results once they uncovered the truth.

I read about 2/3 of these. everyone of us have had similar incidents. Non-truck related, I remember some 25 years ago a $hitpacker came up to me in Newark Airport. Shoved his head in a toilet and flushed. Dunno if anythig was in there or not. . . .

But Truck related
They want my spot? I don't smoke 'em, bird 'em, or wave to them. I just signal and make them kiss guardrail if they want to keep me out of a spot.

Nobody around here has the seeds to say anything about big trucks. Most of the trucks here are grocery getters anyway. Weekly wax jobs, and covered nightly. But just remember, when one of those college boy liberals comes up to you and does say something, don't answer them. Just start to laugh as hard as you can. You want to see someone get pi$$ed off? It's the best revenge yet.

And yes. Before that same tree hugger started messin with the diesels, they were more efficent and cleaner than that hipocrits gas job. But again, a megga cab is dwarfed by a flock of H2's around here.

I had something like this happen to me a couple of weeks ago. Me and my family get out of my truck and some Friends of Maggie started biatchin about my truck being to big and polluting the air. The dirt star punchers obviously didn't know my truck has the DPF. Hell, they probably wouldn't even know what that is. I calmly walked up to the individuals with dreadknotted hair, and told them they should learn a little tact, and I let them know I didn't appreciate them running their mouths in front of my family. Meanwhile, my wife was already heading into the store with my 9 month baby girl and my very influental 6 yr old son. After vomitting in mouth from the body odor, I looked at them and simply said, "F*CK YOUR MOUTH". After their jaws hit the ground I just walked away leaving them speechless.
I must say though, they were atleast smart enough to not touch my truck when I left. Up here in Alaska there's not many people like this, but they occassional crawl out from the roadside toilets.
F'em all
