I got tired of getting beat up by a bunch of left wing liberal Micheal Moore fan club members.

ah, yeah i could see how that could wear you down. its like talking to a brick wall, only getting hit in the face with bricks at the same time. atleast walls are pretty docile.

I wonder what they think when I drive by them in my 1980 it has 12.5 to 1 compression so I buy 54 gal barrels of race fuel it sure smells good and my truck doesn't Idle under 800 rpm. I never paid attention to them when I pass them cruising in 2nd gear

I wonder what they would think when I'm hooked to a sled turning over 7000 rpm

They're all bigots. They talk about the environment and how bad diesel are for the environment. Yet, they drive their previous car to the dealership and buy a Prius that shipped by a train (diesel) in Japan, then by a (diesel) ship and finally by a (diesel) 18 wheeler to the dealership; and if they took a bus its diesel too. tell them they can all band together and use their cherished little Prius' to plow their fields, plant and cultivate their crops, then get them to market - while they do the same with their clothes, building materials, etc. Unreal.

Reality for me is that my wife was in a head-on collision a few years back, other driver crossed the center line and hit my wife. At the time, she was in a Grand Cherokee, the other driver was in a Tercel - he nearly died and was banged up real bad and spent months in the hospital. Needless to say, my wife has been in a large SUV since, and forever will be. Protection.

beside all the power and fun i have in this truck. that's one of the main reasons why i have a big lifted diesel.

quick story:

one day last year, i was going down the street to my boys house. i was following a group of cars down a one lane street. about 100 yrds down the road i noticed a parked car(honda fit) along side the road set'n up reading to pull out . all the cars pass her up and as i was getting near her i noticed she was starting to pull out more as i was approaching her. When my truck was passing her and she was out of my sight, i noticed a crunch and my truck kinda making this crazy jerk. when i look in my rear view mirror, i was like" holly crap". the whole front left side of car was completed smashed to the ground with my 35inch bfg's.

.................and yes it was her fault. crazy old lady. wish i could find pictures cuz y'all would be crack'n up.:thumbsup
