fuel additive?

What kind of fuel additive is good for 6.7l with the dpf still in? Or is it bad to use? Is it worth it?

thanks
Love this site can't get enough. I'm new to diesel and I have learned so much from you guys it's unbelievable.

Stanadyne is another good one. They make fuel injection systems so they know what they're doing. I don't believe the 6.7 needs as much lubrication as a 5.9 common rail but, I could be wrong.

I've been running K100MD for a couple of tanks now, because it's supposed to be a stabilizer too. I have a VW TDI I commute to work in now, so sometimes the truck sits for a while and I didn't want the fuel to get 'funky'.

I could be imagining things (or just lucky and haven't been hitting soft regen as much) but it seems to have gained me about 1 mpg, although I'll admit I'm not obsessive about recording fuel consumption...
