Get used to it! 3 times in the first 1750 miles. So far it has been the O2 sensor, or so they say.

Took it to the dealer and found code P2000. NOX adsorber efficiency below threshold. There is a TSB for it. Updated it with a new flash. Though I get to pick up my new Amp Research running boards today. Though I have to wait a day or so. Had my pelvis rotated back in place the other day and still in pain.

Oh joy I get to take it back to the dealer next tuesday for the check engine light again. Not even a whole day and the light comes on again. I'm so happy.

Tomorrow I will have owned my truck for one year. Today I was presented with the 23rd check engine light.

Help

I just bought mine 3 weeks ago. Been to the shop 3 times already, they have no clue. They say that this tech needs to look at ut and when he does, then this guy needs to see it. when I do the key the odometer says
C 616 5 810 = 420
I looked under the hood on the firewall and there is an update sticker
P/N P05187276AC My truck had been on the lot since Sept or Oct of 07. How do I know what the current flash version is? The first time the cel came on it was right after the EVIC said that the DPF was 70% full, but I had been on the interstate for 4 hours so I don't understand.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the DPF/NOX trap/EGR are the DEVIL! Get rid of them and get rid of your problems.

Get a Module to clear codes and take off all the emmission crap. Problem(s) solved. Geese, havent heard that before. When will people understand, warranty or longevity? What will it be? Ummmmmmmmm, I'll go with longevity!

Its not that easy to just dump the warranty and some people dont wanna dump an extra $3k to fix a brand new truck. That being said, i did the same as above.

SO TRUE!! There are a lot of us out here; especially living in the emissions nazi states like AZ.

Hell, if I could have afforded another $3500 on the truck i would have got leather and the nav system to begin with.

The real deal would have been able to opt out of the $1K Bluetec "option". That's the first time I've ever paid for an option I didn't want that wasn't part of a manufacturers "group".

But whatever. What's done is done.

I've got the same sticker and get the same codes on my dash unit. So far just one error warning for the "Throttle Control" but it went back off.

I 2nd it. Must be easy for some one to start hacking on there brand new truck right off the showroom floor. I like knowing I have a warranty. Kinda gives you a nice warm feeling.
