I posted this on another thread, I just thought that since we actually paid extra for this emissions crap ($995) if you look at your window sticker and it's listed under OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT that it optional , and in 2010 it will be part of your emissions just like the cat. They dont charge extra for the cat. If you pay extra for something that is't standard equipment you sould have the option to take it back OFF.

I have a couple lawyer friends that I'm going to have to look at that about the "optional" equipment.

Screw the EPA and the ******* who will trying giving me a ticket 1 day. these pos parts break all the time and warrenty will not cover. So government expects us to spend 5 grand in replacement parts each time. I DONT THINK SO. If it breaks, replace it with the cheap stuff and not worry about it breaking it again.
