Change the oil, it's the cheapest way, if you don't, and there is a problem, it will become your problem. You might want to call the dealer and tell him, he may want an oil sample. I do not know the parameters that the monitor reads to give the message, but you may want the dealer to cheak the parameters it may need to be reprogrammed. PLAY SAFE!
